个人简介：陆沅1977年生👨‍🚀，籍贯江苏南通。1999年毕业于清华大学物理系获学士学位。2004年中科院半导体所获材料物理与化学工学博士学位，博士论文为硅基氮化镓材料生长与表征研究🖱。2004年至2007年先后在法国雷恩大学和巴黎Thales/CNRS联合实验室从事博士后工作，主要研究氧化镁势垒磁隧道结磁阻效应和自旋注入砷化镓基自旋发光管的研究🧗🏼‍♀️。自2008年，在法国国家科学研究中心（CNRS）担任研究工程师职位🦀，开展以磁隧道结和半导体自旋注入为基础的自旋电子输运研究🔂。2009年12月至2010年10月🛜，在美国马里兰大学作访问研究，采用热电子注入和检测的方法研究硅材料中的电子自旋输运🆚。

目前担任Appt. Phys. Lett., J. Appl. Phys., Surf. Coat. Tech.等杂志邀请审稿人。已在Phys. Rev. Lett., Appl. Phys. Lett. 等国际SCI 重要学术刊物上发表论文40篇🫁，在相关国际学术会议上作邀请报告和学术报告10余次。
